A lot of cappers are split on the Utah-Michigan total. I don&#039;t think it&#039;s a high-value play on either side. I do like the Michigan State-Cal &#039;Under&#039;, and I think it&#039;s interesting that the clock rules haven&#039;t had the drastic impact on totals - so far - tat I thought it would. I think that will change once coaches and players get tot he point where they understand how to manipulate the clock and milk it down.</description>
